Discover the cleaning system used by leading craft breweries.
This CIP (Clean-In-Place) kit includes:
- 1 x 1" BSP male fitting to Tri-Clamp 1.5"/4"
- 1 x CIP spray head 1" BSP
With this system, cleaning your fermenter or brewhouse becomes fast, efficient, and tool-free. Simply attach the CIP ball to a 4" Tri-Clamp opening (such as on a Kegmenter), then connect the 1.5" TC port to an EPDM Flexiroyal hose also equipped with a 1.5" TC fitting. This setup ensures perfect sealing and optimal resistance to cleaning agents and high temperatures.
Recommendation: Use a magnetic pump to work safely with all cleaning products, including corrosive ones.
Minimum requirements to operate the spray head:
- Flow rate: 45 L/min
- Pressure: 1 bar
This system fits any fermenter or professional brewhouse with a 4" opening.
Note: The kit does not include the double-sided EPDM or silicone gasket, nor the 4" Tri-Clamp collar.

For the proper operation of the cleaning ball, we recommend using a 65W magnetic pump. Unlike electric pumps, magnetic models have no contact with seals. This allows the use of all cleaning products (including the most corrosive). They also have a longer lifespan. A 65W power rating is ideal for the proper functioning of the CIP ball.
If you use a 1.5" Tri-Clamp to hose connector, we recommend choosing the 19mm size (a smaller size will slow down the flow and prevent the ball from rotating properly).
If you do not wish to use EPDM FlexiRoyal hoses, you can use PVC hoses. We advise against silicone models, which tend to pinch.
