This box contains 6 different varieties of Yops. We recommend mixing 2 to 3 samples to find the ideal balance.

Although derived from fermentation, this flavoring agent is GMO-free and provides a hoppy aromatic boost to your beers.

While non-alcoholic beers (or low-alcohol ones) are the best candidates for Yops, you can also experiment with lemonades, hop water, hard seltzer, kombucha, etc.

Experiment with:

• - Floral F2: Inspired by hops, it reveals a velvety apricot sensation blended with floral honey sweetness, with woody, spicy, and tropical nuances.

• - Floral F3: Refined and consistent aroma profile. Its juicy and sweet floral notes are enhanced by a refreshing touch of lemon, with woody, fruity, and spicy accents.

• - Floral F4: Expressive aroma profile. Its floral and lemony freshness is elevated by a generous fruity body.

• - Citrus C1: With a powerful and consistent profile, it delivers refreshing citrus notes, blending juice and zest, with woody and spicy nuances.

• - Hoppy H2: The hoppiest of all Yops, it resembles the Cascade variety. Its bouquet combines zesty freshness, tropical notes of mango peel, and a delicate floral facet.

• - Fruity FR1: Its fruity and expressive profile blends juicy grape freshness with sweet and lemony touches, enriched with woody and spicy nuances.
