Purple PRV Overpressure Valve 15psi

For working at relatively low pressures in the context of kegging and pressure fermentation, this safety valve can replace the more powerful safety valves on your equipment.

The Keg King purple overpressure valve can be used to maintain a pressure of 15 psi on your fermentation in any range of pressure fermenters, supporting your dispensing device so you can achieve the perfect pressure without having to worry about exceeding your settings.

The purple PRV rises when the pressure exceeds 15 psi and closes at the end of fermentation when the pressure drops, usually around 12 psi.

Please note that there may be a whistling throughout the fermentation when using these regulators.

Brewers will need to replace the purple PRV with the red PRV or the white PRV to carbonate at pressures higher than 15psi.
