Boiron Orchards' Passion Fruit Purée presents the fruit in its most optimal form for beer brewing.

Indeed, the purée, more than the whole fruit, ensures an ideal contact with the liquid. This means a better transmission of aromas.

With a good Cold Crash, the purée will precipitate more easily than other fruit formats to the bottom of the fermenter. It will therefore allow optimal filtration. A second advantage, it will thus avoid any risk of gush and loss associated with fruit beers.

Dosage of Passion Fruit Purée:

• - 20 g/L for a slightly fruity beer
• - 50 g/L for a beer with distinct fruity aromas leaving room for malts
• - 100 g/L for a fruity beer
• - 200 g/L for a very fruity beer
