Rigters Counter-Pressure Can Filler – 4 Heads

Technical specifications:

Fill all types of cans quickly and easily with this compact machine. It must be installed at working height, close to the dispensing tank. Beer or soda should be fed into the machine as cold as possible, ideally at a maximum temperature of 2 °C. For each cycle, place 4 empty cans in the machine, then seal the 4 filled cans with lids. Between these two steps, the entire process is fully automated.

The height of the cans as well as the filling level are adjustable. The waterproof 7-inch touchscreen allows precise configuration of all parameters: CO₂ pre-flush duration, filling time and pressure, etc.

Filling starts automatically with a simple press of a button.

In practice, it is possible to reach up to 900 cans per hour (at 2 °C and with 4 to 5 g of CO₂/litre)

Cleaning is quick and efficient: less than 15 minutes are sufficient.

Precautions:

• - Cleaning can be done with a caustic solution
• - Do not exceed a cleaning temperature of 65 °C
• - Do not exceed 1.2 bar pressure
