BrewZilla 65 L (G4) heat exchanger dish

Heat Exchanger:
The heat exchanger ensures a faster and more efficient heat exchange with the wort.

This accessory is an upgrade compatible with the 65L BrewZilla Generation 4. It is not compatible with previous generations of BrewZilla, RoboBrew, or Digiboiler.

What is its function?

Normally, the wort would follow the easiest path, heading directly toward the drainage hole. The role of the heat exchanger is to redirect the recirculating wort toward the edge of the BrewZilla base, allowing it to pass over the heating elements for a longer period. This promotes a faster heat exchange with the wort, helping to reach target temperatures more quickly during brewing.
