Description
Ferment, dry hop, carbonate, cool, and sample in the same unitank. Discover our Double Brewbuilt 144L + Glycol Chiller pack — all stainless steel, fully equipped. Designed for brewpubs, cellars, and microbreweries working with intermediate volumes and demanding high quality and process control.
This pack offers a complete solution, high-performing and scalable, integrating two independent fermenters and a dedicated glycol chiller capable of handling up to 300L of beer. It allows you to brew two different recipes in parallel, with optimal and independent control of each fermentation.
Ferment two recipes under pressure:
Thanks to the pressure lids, adjustable TC 1.5" PRVs, and included pressure gauges, you can ferment under controlled pressure, reduce unwanted esters, limit oxidation, and achieve naturally carbonated beer.
Control your temperature:
The insulated double wall of the Brewbuilt tanks is compatible with glycol systems. The included Icemaster G.20.1 chiller integrates the tanks into an autonomous cooling circuit. Ideal for demanding styles or low-temperature fermentations. Insulated Python hoses ensure efficient circulation, and TC 1.5" thermowell probes allow precise temperature monitoring at the heart of your beers. (Propylene Glycol not included in the pack).
Carbonate quickly:
The carbonation stones integrated into the TC 1.5" Ball Lock fittings allow fine CO₂ diffusion for fast and even carbonation. (CO₂ cylinder not included).
Dry hop safely:
The included "Hop Bong" devices, adapted to Brewbuilt, allow you to purge your hops before adding them to your beers, without oxidation risk.
Sample your beer:
The included stainless steel sampling valves allow you to take samples before carbonation.
Easy hygiene and yeast repitching:
The conical shape of the fermenters promotes sedimentation and yeast harvesting via the Flex Chamber collection jar. The TC 3" bottom drain valve with butterfly valve ensures efficient cleaning.
Simplified transport:
Each Brewbuilt comes with a wheel set for easy transport between the brewhouse and fermentation room.
