Operates with Glycol (IceMaster) or Water (IceBank) using Digital Control

A compact commercial-grade cooling and dispensing solution. The G40.1 offers high performance suitable for customers with small to medium volume needs, such as small bars, cafés, restaurants, or even increasingly popular mobile bars.

Recommended Uses

It is also common for some craft brewers to use this device to control the fermentation temperature of their tanks, provided these have an insulating layer. However, this device is not recommended for tanks exceeding 500L under normal ambient temperature conditions (20°C).

Main Features

- Built-in impeller pump: The pump is included in the unit to ensure efficiency and ease of transport. The unit is fully enclosed, including the removable lid, which minimizes heat loss and improves cooling performance.

- 8 mm 304 stainless steel tubing: Ideal for compression fittings to 6 mm barbs for product lines located at the side of the unit, facilitating installation under commercial bar counters where height is limited. The barbs are also compatible with Duotight fittings for easy installation with 5 mm x 8 mm tubing.

- Glycol or IceBank system (IceBank): Ideally suited for a glycol system but can also be used as an IceBank, either with water.

Cooling Performance

With a single pass through the G40.1, it is possible to reduce your product's temperature by 15°C. We strongly recommend doubling the pass in areas where temperatures exceed 30°C by using the unit for two product lines and circulating them twice through the unit.

Recommended Setup

- Duotight Barbs: The inlet and outlet barbs of the G40 are compatible with Duotight fittings. 8 mm Duotight connectors (straight or elbow) are recommended, with elbows simplifying installation.

- Beer Lines: The appropriate diameter for beer lines is generally 5 mm x 8 mm.
