Description
The Ss TC 50 gal brew kettle is made of 304 stainless steel. It features a Tri-Clad bottom with an aluminum core. This construction promotes even heating, minimizes the risk of scorching the grains, and allows the use of induction heating.
The sturdy riveted handles, coated with silicone, are now located at the front and back to facilitate moving and dumping the brew kettle. Just like the original Ss brew kettle, the TC version features an integrated "trub dam" in the dip tube. This will minimize the pickup of trub and hop debris during the cooling process, resulting in a much clearer wort in the fermenter.
Its Tri-Clamp ports will allow customization of the kettle and make cleaning the equipment easier.
Its 189L size makes it ideal for pilot batches in your brewpub.
