Model A dispense head.

The head is also equipped with a non-return valve, which prevents beer from flowing out during keg changes.

Thread size gas side: 5/8"; beer side: 5/8"

John Guest compatible fitting on the gas side:

• Flat female union tube 3/8" to BSP 5/8"
• Flat female union tube 5/16" to BSP 5/8"
• Flat female union tube 1/2" to BSP 5/8"

Each metal or disposable beer keg is only compatible with one type of dispense head. Therefore, it is important to have the right model to connect your beer dispenser to your keg.

This model (known as type "A" for Alumasc) corresponds to a flat circular head. It is called this because the head slides onto the keg valve before locking into place.
