Technical specifications:

The bottle height as well as the filling level are fully adjustable. The device supports formats from 0.2 to 1 liter.

Thanks to its waterproof 7-inch touchscreen, all filling parameters can be precisely configured: CO₂ pre-flush duration, filling time and pressure, etc.

The process is automated and starts with a simple press of a button.

The maximum filling speed depends on several conditions:

• - Temperature: ideally ≤ 2 °C (never above 4 °C)
• - Pressure of the conditioning tank (average 0.6 bar)
• - CO₂ saturation level (4 to 5 g/l).

In practice, it is possible to reach up to 600 bottles per hour when two operators run the machine.

Cleaning is quick and efficient: less than 15 minutes are sufficient.

Resulting from years of innovation and improvement, the current version of this filler allows fine and independent adjustment of each filling head.

Fast Flush System

This filler integrates the Fast Flush system, enabling the opening of an additional valve during CO₂ pre-flush. This speeds up oxygen removal and extends shelf life, especially for large bottle formats.

Easy operation

1. Lower the lever with one hand and, with the other, slide the bottle under the filling head. Releasing the lever locks the bottle in place under the filling head.
2. Press the start button of the corresponding filling head. The filling then proceeds automatically.
3. First, CO₂ is injected into the bottle to remove all oxygen. The duration and pressure of the CO₂ pre-rinse are fully adjustable.
4. After CO₂ rinsing, the bottle fills until it reaches the sensor value set on the touchscreen.
5. You can now remove the bottle and repeat the process.
6. The filling speed can be adjusted so that when you place the last bottle under the head, the first one is ready to be replaced.

• - Cleaning can be done with a caustic solution
• - Do not exceed a cleaning temperature of 65 °C
• - Do not exceed 1.2 bar pressure
• - Ideal beer temperature: 2 °C. A temperature above 4 °C will result in excessive foam.
