How It Works

Grapes are poured into the top hopper, where the motorized screw feed automatically pushes them towards the rollers.

• Crushing: Grapes are gently pressed by the rubber rollers.

• Destemming: Grapes fall into the destemming chamber with a removable perforated grid. The grapes pass through the holes to be collected in a bucket, while the stems are expelled separately at the end of the machine.

Production

Equipped with a powerful 0.75 HP motor, this model can process up to 3,000 lbs (1361 Kg) of grapes per hour. However, to achieve optimal performance, it is essential to feed the machine consistently.

Cleaning

Maintenance is simple thanks to the removable internal grid and the easily detachable safety cover.
