With this Brewtools sensor, monitor the evolution of your gravity live through the Fluid Control System.
Improve your fermentation monitoring with this density sensor equipped with a temperature probe. Using advanced tuning fork technology, it provides highly accurate, real‑time measurements of density and temperature directly from your fermenter.
By vibrating the tuning fork and analyzing its resonant frequency, the sensor calculates specific gravity (SG) with remarkable precision. This gives you reliable tracking of your fermentation, allowing you to make informed decisions about your brew.
Designed for Brewtools F40 to F300 fermenters, it is also fully compatible with other conical fermenters such as BrewBuilt Unitanks. This 300 mm Tri‑Clamp model integrates perfectly into your setup. Accuracy may vary in smaller vessels, but pressure fermentation can improve results.
When paired with the Brewtools FCS system, it enables full data logging and scalable control. Future software updates will even allow temperature and pressure step management based on density, reducing the need for manual intervention.
This sensor helps you take your fermentation to the next level with data‑driven insight, consistency, and repeatability.
