Enzybrew 10 destroys organic residues left during beer brewing: plant fibers, starch, caramelized sugar...

Ideal for cleaning filter plates, wort coolers, brewing and fermentation tanks. Enzybrew 10 guarantees deep and safe cleaning of all installations, including Teflon.

Usage:

Suitable for brewing tanks (boiling, filtration), pipes, fermenters, bottling equipment.

Manual Application:

Suitable for cleaning after each use.
Recommended dose: 5 to 10 g/l depending on the equipment's dirtiness. For equipment in an integrated CIP/NEP (Clean In Place) washing system: use a concentrate of 10g/l.

1. Dilute the product in hot water (45-60°C).
2. Mix vigorously
3. Soak the material for 30 minutes or scrub it.
4. Rinse with hot water.
5. Disinfect.
6. Rinse with clear water.

Specifications:

• Temperature: minimum 45°C, maximum 60°C
• Concentration: 5 to 10 g/l (0.5 - 1%)
• Contact time: 10 to 30 minutes
• pH value in solution: 10-11
• Storage: keep in the original closed packaging between +4°C and +25°C in a dry and well-ventilated place. Keep out of reach of children.

Notes:

• Avoid prolonged contact with light metals (aluminum, iron, copper).
• The color and smell of the product may change over time due to biodegradable components. These changes do not affect the quality and effectiveness of the product.
