Description
Liquid enzymatic detergent for soaking in microbreweries
Enzymatic detergent specially designed for cleaning bottling machines and removable parts (valves, hoses, fittings…).
ENZYBREW L completely breaks down organic residues such as proteins and polysaccharides. Phosphorus-free, it ensures deep and eco-friendly cleaning.
Compared to Enzybrew 10, the liquid formulation leaves no solid residue that could clog small openings or get stuck in bends.
Recommended dosage: dilute 1% in water at 45–55°C.
The 5L container allows the production of 500L of cleaning solution.
Contact time:
- Soaking: between 2h and 12h.
- Circulation: between 20 and 60 minutes
Note: Safe on stainless steel, rubber, soft metals (aluminum, iron, copper), and plastic. It is recommended to test on a small area beforehand.

Using Enzybrew L (CIP):
- Rinse with cold water for 10 minutes
- Dilute 1% Enzybrew L in a volume of water adapted to your equipment (temperature: 45–55°C)
- Circulate the solution for 30 minutes
- Rinse with cold water for 10 minutes
- Disinfect with active oxygen such as Oxybrew
- Rinse with cold water for 10 minutes
Using Enzybrew L (Soaking):
- Rinse with cold water for 10 minutes
- Dilute 1% Enzybrew L in a volume of water adapted to your equipment (temperature: 45–55°C)
- Soak for at least 2 hours
- Rinse with cold water for 10 minutes
- Disinfect with active oxygen such as Oxybrew
- Rinse with cold water for 10 minutes
