About this kit version:

The Brewtools FCS Starter Kit V2 is the modernized and complete version of the FCS system for Unitank and Brite Tank. It replaces the FCS One with the FCS Display Module 5″, a modern touchscreen interface, and now includes an FCS I/O Module, offering more ports, more expansion possibilities and a higher level of automation.

This version provides advanced control of temperature, density and pressure, while allowing a cleaner, more modular and more scalable installation. It is designed for brewers seeking a reliable, connected system capable of adapting to growing needs.

Main differences from the previous version (FCS One):

• - Modern touchscreen interface via the FCS Display Module 5″
• - Integrated FCS I/O Module (more ports, more expansion options)
• - Built‑in WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity
• - Cleaner and more flexible installation
• - More robust and scalable architecture

For non‑Brewtools tanks, an adapter and/or a tee may be required to connect the purge valve + pressure sensor assembly.

How it works:

The sensors installed on your Unitank continuously measure:

• - temperature
• - pressure
• - density

The data is sent to the FCS Display Module 5″, which displays the values in real time, records the history and automatically controls the solenoid valve to maintain the desired pressure.

The system can also manage cooling via a solenoid valve or pump (not included), allowing fermentation temperature to be stabilized as needed.

Scalable system:

The Brewtools FCS ecosystem is fully modular. You can later add:

• - additional sensors (level, agitation…)
• - solenoid valves (cooling, transfer…)
• - expansion modules

This allows you to gradually increase the level of automation of your setup.
