This pack offers a complete solution, high-performing and scalable, integrating a dedicated glycol chiller for optimal fermentation control. With its double-wall conical tank, multiple Tri Clamp ports and premium finish, it allows you to manage the entire process — from fermentation to service — with precision, efficiency and enhanced hygiene.
Ferment under pressure:
Thanks to the pressure lid, adjustable TC 1.5" PRV, pressure gauge and stainless steel float, you can ferment under controlled pressure, reduce unwanted esters, limit oxidation and achieve naturally carbonated beer.
Master your temperature:
The Brewbuilt’s insulated double wall is compatible with glycol systems. The included Icemaster G.20.1 chiller integrates the tank into a standalone cooling circuit. Ideal for demanding styles or low-temperature fermentations. Insulated Python hoses ensure efficient circulation, and the TC 1.5" thermowell allows precise temperature tracking at the heart of your beer. (Propylene Glycol not included in the pack).
Carbonate quickly:
The integrated carbonation stone on the TC 1.5" Ball Lock fitting ensures fine CO₂ diffusion for fast and even carbonation. (CO₂ cylinder not included).
Dry hop safely:
The included Hop Bong, adapted for Brewbuilt, lets you purge your hops before adding them to your beer — with no oxidation risk.
Sample with ease:
The included stainless steel sampling valve allows pre-carbonation draws.
Hygiene and easy repitching:
The conical shape promotes sediment drop and yeast harvesting via the Flex Chamber collection jar. The bottom TC 3" drain valve with butterfly valve ensures efficient cleaning.
Simplified transport:
The included Brewbuilt wheel set makes it easy to move the tank from brewhouse to fermentation room.
