Made from 304-grade stainless steel with a 16-mesh size and a PTFE (Teflon) seal, this screen is designed for use in activated carbon filtration systems.
The bead on this screen has been designed to fit all standard 2" (50 mm) tri-clamp fittings.

The screen has a mesh size of 16, which blocks particles larger than 1.19 mm or 1190 microns. This mesh size makes it ideal for a filtration system with activated carbon.
This stainless steel mesh screen features a PTFE (Teflon) seal integrated around the exterior. The rigid PTFE compound is highly resistant to chemicals and heat. This screen can be used as a standard seal or as a filter screen, preventing large particles (>1.19 mm) from passing through your tri-clamp fittings.
