With an internal diameter of 50 mm, this model ensures high flow rate and optimal performance in industrial and brewery environments. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -32°C to 121°C.

Chemical Resistance & FDA & USDA Certification

Specifically designed to withstand aggressive chemicals and CIP system temperatures, this hose has been tested with various chemicals, including acid, caustic, acetic, high sulfur, lactic, and phosphoric. Its exceptional durability ensures prolonged use even in intensive conditions. FDA & USDA certified and compliant with the 3A 18-03 sanitary standard, it is perfectly suited for the brewing, pharmaceutical, and wine industries.

Oxygen Protection

Unlike cheap silicone hoses, the FlexiRoyal EPDM is made from a blend of nitrile and polyvinyl chloride, providing better oxygen insulation. This feature ensures optimal preservation of oxygen-sensitive liquids such as beer, maintaining its freshness for longer.

Optimized Flow & Easy Cleaning

Thanks to its large 50 mm internal diameter, this hose maximizes flow for increased productivity. While it represents a greater investment, its efficiency in transfer speed provides significant time savings. Its smooth crimped ends, designed without an internal ridge, ensure effective drainage and CIP cleaning without retention zones. First Use Instructions

Like all FlexiRoyal EPDM hoses from Kegland, this model requires three CIP recirculation cycles to eliminate any residual manufacturing odor that could affect the taste of beverages. After this step, you benefit from a hose highly resistant to chemicals, capable of withstanding handling errors while offering optimal durability, ideal for a growing business.
