Specifically designed by Kegland to resist aggressive chemicals and temperatures used in CIP systems, these hoses have been tested with various chemicals, including acid, caustic, acetic, high-sulfur, lactic, and phosphoric compounds, ensuring optimal durability over the long term. FDA & USDA certified and compliant with the 3A 18-03 sanitary standard, they are perfectly suited for beer production as well as other industries such as pharmaceuticals and winemaking.

Oxygen Protection

Unlike cheap silicone hoses, those developed by Kegland are made from a blend of nitrile and polyvinyl chloride, providing significantly better oxygen insulation. This often-overlooked feature in brewery equipment helps beer stay fresher for longer.

High Capacity & Smooth Bore for Maximum Flow

With a maximum internal diameter, these hoses optimize flow for enhanced performance. First Use Instructions

FlexiRoyal EPDM hoses from Kegland require at least three CIP recirculation cycles to eliminate any residual odors from the manufacturing process that could alter the taste of beverages.
