Aluminum Cold Plate : This system uses a high thermal conductivity cast aluminum cold plate. The taps, fittings, and other components are made of stainless steel.

Unlike traditional systems with stainless steel coils, the aluminum cold plate offers a large thermal mass, acting as an effective heat sink. It is also compact, providing more space in the cooler to store other drinks above the cold plate.

The cooler is pre-drilled for easy installation. Simply connect the hoses and tighten a few nuts to start serving drinks.

Important Note: Kegs and connectors must be purchased separately.

Instructions for Use

Keg Connection: Connect your kegs to the beer inlet hoses and purge the cold plate with beer. Ensure the cold plate lines are filled with beer to avoid freezing when in direct contact with ice.

Ice Filling: Fill the cooler with ice, ensuring it is in direct contact with the aluminum cold plate. Open the cooler drain to allow melted water to escape and maintain ice contact with the plate.

Pressure Adjustment: Set the regulator to approximately 30 psi to allow the beer to flow through the cold plate. Warning: if your kegs are cold and you are using CO2, prolonged high pressure could overcarbonate the beer. To prevent this, you can use a nitrogen and CO2 mix or limit high-pressure use to short periods.
