Irish Whiskey Natural Flavour - Impressence 50ml

Want to easily recreate this famous Irish spirit at home? Impressence is the perfect companion!

Add the entire 50 mL contents of the Impressence – Irish Whiskey Spirit Flavour sachet into a vessel, then top up to 1.25 L with 40% ABV alcohol. Rinse the sachet with a little alcohol to recover any remaining flavouring.

For best results, we recommend using a neutral, high‑quality alcohol (such as vodka).

To enhance smoothness and flavour complexity, we recommend letting the spirit rest for at least 24 hours before drinking.

We also suggest ageing this product on oak chips, in an oak barrel, or with any other form of oak.

Even a small amount of oak ageing makes a significant difference in the complexity and roundness of the final spirit.
