Blunderburg Ginger Beer Recipe (4 L):

Add 1 Ginger Beer Flavour Shot sachet to a 4 L Oxebar (for example).

Add 375 g of white sugar.

Top up to 4 L with water. Optional: for bacterial protection, add 0.5 sachet of FermStop.

Mix the contents of the keg thoroughly.

Carbonate to 3.5 volumes of CO₂ (Optimal: 20 psi at 2°C)
