Pressure lid 4" with floating dip tube

This "Pressure Pack" lid is equipped with a unique floating racking tube that can be used for taking samples, transferring into a keg, or serving finished beer. This innovative feature draws beer from the top down, ensuring you always get the clearest, most sediment-free beer possible. Using pressure to take a sample with the floating dip tube also eliminates the small amount of oxygen that would otherwise be injected into your beer each time the traditional sampling valve is opened.

It installs on the 4" TC port welded onto the lid of a BrewBuilt Series X, a Kegmenter or a Conicus (or any fermenter equipped with a 4" TC port). The 1.5" TC port on the pressure lid can be used for adding dry hops or installing a pressure relief valve during pressure fermentations. The welded hook underneath the lid can be used to suspend bagged hops or other additions.

The kit includes :

- 1 x Stainless Steel 304 lid with 4" TC port and Ball Lock fitting, equipped with a 1.5" TC port.
- 1 x 1.5" TC Clamp + double-sided seal.
- 1 x 1.5" Tri-Clover End Cap.
- 1 x Stainless Steel Liquid Ball Lock Post with poppet, spring, and short dip tube.
- 1 x Stainless Steel Gas Ball Lock Post with poppet, spring, and short dip tube.
- 1 x Welded hook on the underside for suspending hop tubes or hop bags.
- 1 x Silicone dip tube with stainless steel floating ball.

Does not include a hop filter, 4" double-sided silicone seal, or 4" TC Clamp.

Warning: For this type of lid, we do not recommend using the yellow and red Kegland ball lock connectors. We recommend using stainless steel fittings or the classic grey and black ball lock connectors (see recommended products at the bottom of the page). The spring strength and locking depth are better suited.
