Description
Compact, high-precision thermometer specially designed for food professionals who frequently carry out routine spot checks.
It features a new ergonomic case, with a compact design and excellent grip. The sanitary-white housing is perfectly watertight, and can withstand high humidity and liquid splashes. It is easy to clean.
It complies with the EN 13485 standard, and is supplied with a FC 762PW reinforced penetration NTC thermistor probe in food-grade stainless steel, with 1 m cable and batteries.
