Brewtools three‑way valve CleanCore TC34 mm DN15 POK

The CleanCore™ three‑way valve TC34 mm is a patented sanitary valve designed for brewing and process applications. Its internal architecture eliminates cavities, crevices and hidden areas to reduce the risk of residue or contaminant buildup.

Only two components are in contact with the fluid: the injection‑molded EPDM liner and the stainless steel V‑Core. The liner is a replaceable wear part that can be changed within minutes without special tools, making maintenance easy while ensuring a high level of hygiene.

The sealing force between the core and the liner is adjustable via a screw located under the handle, allowing the valve to be tuned for smooth operation or reinforced sealing depending on wear.

The valve body is made of POK (Polyketone), a technical polymer offering excellent chemical resistance and dimensional stability. The handle and core are made of 304 stainless steel for optimal durability and corrosion resistance.
