Adaptable System

This system does not include the regulator, tapping head, or 16-gram gas cartridges. However, these items can be purchased separately to transform this Growler into a portable mini-keg system:

Exceptional Pressure Holding Capacity

Unlike many screw-top Growlers, this model features a spring-loaded lid capable of withstanding pressures up to 40 psi. The spring system also acts as a safety valve. If internal pressure becomes too high (e.g., due to renewed fermentation), the lid opens to release the pressure and then reseals automatically.
