Why switch to YeastFlow liquid yeasts?

Using liquid yeast comes with multiple advantages:

  • More complex aromatic profiles: you get unique esters and phenols.
  • Maximum vitality: the cells arrive already hydrated and ready to work; direct pitch up to 25 liters and an initial gravity of 1.055.
  • Impeccable purity: strict controls guarantee an ultra‑clean profile.
  • Unbeatable price: professional quality accessible to all homebrewers.

Looking for a juicy NEIPA, an abbey ale, or a traditional style? Liquid yeast makes all the difference.

Our selection: 3 essential strains to try

We’re adding more than 12 strains to our catalog. Here are 3 gems you should put in your fermenter right away:

1. YF‑114 Crazy Hazy — For explosive NEIPAs

The perfect equivalent of the famous WLP 066. This strain brings a juicy, silky texture and highlights modern hops beautifully. Ideal for Hazy IPAs, NEIPAs, and fruity Pale Ales.

2. YF‑116 St. Hedwig — To revive the Grodziskie

This traditional strain is dedicated to Grodziskie, known as the “Polish champagne.” It ferments smoked wheat beers wonderfully (up to 100% wheat!). The result is a light, lively, and subtly smoky beer.

3. YF‑203 Father Tibi — The soul of Abbey beers

Directly sourced from the renowned Achouffe brewery, this profile is remarkable. It develops spicy notes, ripe fruit, and typical Belgian esters. Perfect for Dubbels, Tripels, or creative Abbey reinterpretations.

How to use them in homebrewing

Using YeastFlow liquid yeast is simple and straightforward:

  1. Keep it cold: store the vial between 2 °C and 8 °C until brew day.
  2. Take it out early: on the morning of your brew, let the vial warm up to around 20 °C.
  3. Aerate the wort: make sure your cooled wort is well oxygenated.
  4. Pitch: pour the yeast directly and let the magic happen (usable without a starter up to 25 L and/or an initial gravity of 1.055).

In summary

With YeastFlow, choosing liquid yeast is no longer a luxury. You gain quality without increasing your brewing budget.
