We are pleased to announce the arrival of organic hops in our catalogue. Offered exclusively in pellet form, packed in 5kg bags — a format designed for professional brewers.
This new range is built on two strong partnerships. On one side, HVG, our new German supplier known for its high quality standards; on the other, Hopen (Terres de Houblon), a committed player in organic hop cultivation in France, who provides most of our references.
🌟 Unique and expressive organic hop varieties :
Among the most anticipated new arrivals, the German variety Zuchtstamm stands out with its complex and vibrant aromatic profile.
A sister to the renowned Callista, it delivers a bright freshness, dominated by intense notes of lemon, lime, and grapefruit. This citrus base is enriched with red fruit aromas such as strawberry, cherry, and plum, complemented by floral and herbal touches that bring balance to the whole. A hop perfectly suited for bold and modern beer recipes.
🌱 Hops grown in France
We are also expanding our range with varieties grown in Lot-et-Garonne: Cascade and Willamette, two American classics reimagined in organic form. Added to these are the iconic French hops Aramis and Barbe Rouge, appreciated for their finesse and distinctive character.
Another new addition: Galena BIO, cultivated in Vendée. This dual-purpose hop combines a bold bitterness with a rich aromatic profile:
