Why choose whole leaf hops?

Natural filtration: The leaves form a natural filter bed at the end of the boil to help clarify your wort.
Tradition: A raw, unprocessed form that preserves the visual integrity of the hop flower.
Brewing: Excellent for use in hop backs or traditional kettle hopping.
