Brew our Irish Red Ale recipe

Whether you're preparing for St. Patrick's Day or not, discover the sweet malty flavors of our Irish Red Ale. Its pretty grain base gives it a copper hue with biscuity, caramelized and slightly toasted notes. Despite its sweetness and roundness at the beginning of the mouth, the small quantities of roasted barley and hops will give it a very light bitterness participating in a dry and thirst-quenching finish. Drawing around 4.2% of alcohol, this highly drinkable Irish Red Ale drinks itself!

The pack includes the malt, hops and yeast needed to make the recipe, for a 20 liter brew.

We cannot yet offer retail hops, therefore we recommend that you keep the surplus cold (and ideally in an airtight box).
