Elle pr\u00e9sente un joli c\u00f4t\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9alier agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d&rsquo;un bel houblonnage floral qui participe \u00e0 la s\u00e8cheresse et au c\u00f4t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s d\u00e9salt\u00e9rant de cette petite blonde de soif.<br><br>La levure va venir sublimer la grisette de ses superbes notes \u00e9pic\u00e9s.<br><br>La recette originale a \u00e9t\u00e9 brass\u00e9e avec la souche belle saison. On a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 ici de la remplacer par la Farmhouse. Cette levure sera mieux adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la saison estivale. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 partir de 27\u00b0C qu&rsquo;elle va exprimer pleinement son c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0saison\u00a0\u00bb. Bien s\u00fbr, n&rsquo;envoyez pas l&rsquo;eau froide, c&rsquo;est simplement pour le st\u00e9riliser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A 10 minutes de la fin, infusez le houblon aromatique qui va venir donner ses belles notes florales \u00e0 la bi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois ce temps \u00e9coul\u00e9, retirez les houblons et refroidissez le tout \u00e0 27\u00b0C-28\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 5 <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque vous arriverez \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature, prenez la densit\u00e9. Elle devrait normalement se situer aux alentours de 1.032.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transf\u00e9rez le tout en fermenteur, sans oublier la levure, fermez le et laissez fermenter de 27\u00b0C \u00e0 30\u00b0C pendant 4 semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La densit\u00e9 finale avec ce genre de souche devrait \u00eatre d&rsquo;environ 1.000. Et oui, on veut de la s\u00e8cheresse pour l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9. Cette recette de grisette est pens\u00e9e pour \u00eatre tr\u00e8s d\u00e9salt\u00e9rante \ud83d\ude09. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 6 <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de la mise en bouteille, ajoutez 7g\/l de sucre. On veut des bulles !
