Continue until you reach a temperature of 68\u00b0C. Maintain this temperature for 1 hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, heat 18 liters of water to 77\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the saccharification hour is over, move on to rinsing and filtration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Then heat the wort to boiling for 90 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the first 30 minutes, add hops until the boil is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Then cool the wort to 20\u00b0C and transfer to the fermenter, not forgetting the yeast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Initial density should be around 1.043.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ferment at 20\u00b0C for 3 weeks. Density should be around 1.014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>After 3 weeks, add your frozen cherries directly to the fermenter and raise the temperature to 22\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: frozen products are already pasteurized!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wait a further 15 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 6<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>After a further two weeks, you can bottle, adding 6g per L of sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Over View<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This friendly little white will have a very soft texture that perfectly complements the sweetness of the cherries.
