You&rsquo;re free to shorten the fermentation time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Final specific gravity with this type of yeast should be around 1.014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5 <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Add 3 to 4 g per L of sugar at bottling.
