Le Dry Hopping, ou houblonnage \u00e0 cru, est une technique assez r\u00e9pandue qui permet d&rsquo;accentuer le go\u00fbt d&rsquo;une bi\u00e8re relativement facilement. Son principe repose sur une extraction \u00e0 froid des huiles essentielles pr\u00e9sentes dans le houblon. Il s&rsquo;agit en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une technique assez simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, mais qui peut s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer co\u00fbteuse en fonction de la quantit\u00e9 de houblon utilis\u00e9e. Il existe toutefois des facteurs que tout brasseur doit prendre en compte.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un trop grand temps d&rsquo;exposition du houblon dans votre bi\u00e8re peut s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer n\u00e9faste et d\u00e9velopper des faux-go\u00fbts, notamment herbac\u00e9s. On consid\u00e8re qu&rsquo;un temps d&rsquo;exposition entre 24 et 72 heures est souhait\u00e9 pour exploiter au mieux les ar\u00f4mes du houblon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dosage varie \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d&rsquo;un style bi\u00e8re \u00e0 une autre. Il est possible de faire un dry hop \u00e0 1g\/L pour une Ale, et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 plus de 10g\/L pour une IPA.  Il est \u00e9galement bon de noter que la technique de dry hop n&rsquo;est pas exclusivement r\u00e9serv\u00e9e au houblon. on peut tr\u00e8s efficacement rajouter des ar\u00f4mes avec d&rsquo;autres ingr\u00e9dients (fruits, caf\u00e9, \u00e9corces..)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, un brasseur peut choisir diff\u00e9rents moments pour effectuer un dry hop. D&rsquo;ailleurs il est m\u00eame possible d&rsquo;effectuer un double dry hop! Il faudra toutefois g\u00e9rer le temps d&rsquo;exposition du houblon dans votre bi\u00e8re, un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rolling-beers.fr\/fr\/infuseur-houblon-epices\/2354-hop-tube-5420069827786.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hop tube<\/a> peut s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer utile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, il est bien \u00e9videment indispensable de choisir un houblon pour son profil <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rolling-beers.fr\/fr\/258-aromatique\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aromatique<\/a>.
