Continuez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 atteindre une temp\u00e9rature de 67\u00b0C. Maintenez la pendant 1h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En m\u00eame temps, faites chauffer 15.5 litres d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 77\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 2 (facultative) : <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez la possibilit\u00e9, faites un mash out de 10 minutes \u00e0 75\u00b0C. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 3 :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois l&rsquo;heure de saccharification termin\u00e9e, passez au rin\u00e7age et \u00e0 la filtration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 4 :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez ensuite votre mo\u00fbt \u00e0 chauffer pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une \u00e9bullition de 60 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Int\u00e9grez 15g de Columbus d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du chrono. A 20 minutes de la fin, ajoutez les 15 grammes de cascade. Le columbus \u00e9tant bien piney, on l&rsquo;aime bien, mettez la deuxi\u00e8me dose de 15g \u00e0 10 minutes de la fin.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, lorsque l&rsquo;\u00e9bullition est termin\u00e9e, int\u00e9grez le Centennial et patientez 20 minutes avant d&rsquo;envoyer le refroidissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 5 :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Refroidissez ensuite le mo\u00fbt \u00e0 18\u00b0C et transf\u00e9rez en fermenteur sans oublier la levure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La densit\u00e9 initiale devrait se situer autour de 1.059.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fermentez \u00e0 18\u00b0C pendant 3 \u00e0 4 semaines. Pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr d&rsquo;avoir termin\u00e9 la fermentation, montez \u00e0 22\u00b0C sur les 4 derniers jours. La densit\u00e9 finale devrait se situer autour de 1.013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 6 :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez 5g\/l de sucre \u00e0 l&#8217;embouteillage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette bi\u00e8re est ouvertement inspir\u00e9e de la Dale&rsquo;s Pale Ale de la superbe brasserie am\u00e9ricaine Oskar Blues Brewery. Pas de chichi avec cette recette bien old school qui va venir titiller votre palais de sa belle amertume. Les saveurs malt\u00e9es caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es s&rsquo;accorderont parfaitement avec les aromes r\u00e9sineux et agrum\u00e9s des houblons classiques am\u00e9ricains. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez rajouter un l\u00e9ger dry hop au Centennial si vous le souhaitez, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire, cette classic pale ale, d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien expressive, se suffit \u00e0 elle m\u00eame.
