Maintenez l\u00e0 pendant 1h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, faites chauffer 17 litres d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 75\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 2 :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois l\u2019heure de saccharification termin\u00e9e, passez \u00e0 la filtration et au rin\u00e7age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 3 :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9tape 2 termin\u00e9e, mettez votre mo\u00fbt \u00e0 chauffer pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une \u00e9bullition de 60 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Int\u00e9grez vos 45g de houblon d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but du chrono. Pour une amertume plus douce, vous pouvez aussi le rajouter d\u00e8s la filtration, \u00e0 vous de voir !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 4 :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Refroidissez ensuite le mo\u00fbt \u00e0 21\u00b0C et transf\u00e9rez en fermenteur sans oublier la levure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Votre densit\u00e9 initiale devrait se situer aux alentours de 1.043.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fermentez \u00e0 21\u00b0C pendant 4 semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr d&rsquo;avoir termin\u00e9 la fermentation, montez \u00e0 23\u00b0C sur les 4 derniers jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur cette recette de Brown Ale, la densit\u00e9 finale devrait se situer aux alentours de 1.011.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 5 :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez 4g\/l de sucre \u00e0 l&#8217;embouteillage. Les bi\u00e8res anglaises ne doivent pas \u00eatre trop carbonat\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette Brown ale met en avant nos superbes malts anglais. Le Maris Otter de Simpsons, va venir apporter un c\u00f4t\u00e9 biscuit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s franc. Le Pale chocolate va nous donner de jolies notes de noisettes chocolat\u00e9es l\u00e9g\u00e8rement torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es.
