Malheureusement la place manquait sur nos \u00e9tag\u00e8res pour vous proposer le petit conditionnement id\u00e9al aux brasseurs amateurs. Les choses ont chang\u00e9 ! Nous allons vous proposer trois r\u00e9f\u00e9rences embl\u00e9matiques de la marque en 5kg, 1kg et au d\u00e9tail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un mot sur la malterie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme le meilleur fournisseur de malt du Royaume-Uni, Crisp produit du malt de brassage depuis 1870. Install\u00e9e dans le comt\u00e9 de Norfolk \u00e0 Great Ryburgh, cette malterie produit aujourd&rsquo;hui 425 000 tonnes de malt par an. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus d&rsquo;un maltage standard et moderne, Crisp propose la gamme \u00ab\u00a0Heritage\u00a0\u00bb qui reprend la m\u00e9thode originale des fr\u00e8res Smith, cr\u00e9ateurs de la malterie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l&rsquo;\u00e9poque, le malt \u00e9tait fait au sol. Il \u00e9tait ensuite pass\u00e9 dans un four traditionnel \u00e0  temp\u00e9rature douce pendant 3 jours. Ce processus conf\u00e8re un gout plus profond au malt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devinez quoi ? Deux de ces malts enrichissent notre catalogue !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nos nouvelles d\u00e9clinaisons de malts Crisp<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chevalier Heritage Malt (6 EBC) malt\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on traditionnelle. Premi\u00e8re vari\u00e9t\u00e9 locale s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e \u00e0 la malterie d\u00e8s 1870. Reine de l\u2019orge anglaise de 1820 \u00e0 1920, elle offre un cot\u00e9 malt\u00e9 profond encore plus intense que celui d\u2019un Maris Otter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plummage Archer Malt (4 EBC) historiquement la premi\u00e8re orge de la malterie obtenue par croisement. D&rsquo;un profil plus \u00ab\u00a0clean\u00a0\u00bb que le Chevalier, ce malt sera l\u2019alli\u00e9 id\u00e9al au caract\u00e8re audacieux des houblons fruit\u00e9s et aromatiques anglais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Low colour chocolate malt (500 EBC). Contrairement aux malts crisp pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s plus haut, le low chocolate ne fait pas parti de la gamme h\u00e9ritage. Nous avons choisi de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grer \u00e0 notre catalogue car tout en \u00e9tant malt noir, il poss\u00e8de un degr\u00e9s de torr\u00e9faction relativement bas par rapport aux carafa.
