Brew our spring blond recipe:

Discover the floral and spicy aromas of our spring lager. The Belle Saison yeast will bring nice spicy notes underlined by the addition of Rye malt. The Hersbrucker hops will harmonize its floral and herbaceous aromas with the elderflower. The whole will give us a fresh and thirst-quenching lager perfect for the beautiful spring days.  

The pack includes malt, hops, and yeast necessary for the realization of the recipe, for a brew of 20 liters.

Attention, the malt is not crushed if you want the crushing of the grain then choose the option "crushing malt kit".

We cannot yet offer retail hops, therefore we recommend that you keep the surplus cold (and ideally in an airtight box).
