Description
Eliminate the risk of diacetyl formation in your beer with Brewzyme D.
The addition of Brewzyme D to your yeast results in the decarboxylation of alpha acetolactate to acetoin. Fermentation prevents diacetyl formation, reducing maturation time and improving overall beer quality.
Advantages:
Prevents hop rise in dry-hopped beers
- Add during dry hopping to prevent secondary diacetyl formation.
Saves time and money
- Reduces lager maturation time by up to two weeks.

Pro (1L, 10L): 15-20mL/hL
