This brewery-exclusive blend is used in all of Tripping Animals' renowned sours!

This culture is unlike any other and offers an extraordinarily complex flavour profile that results in balanced acidity and moderate tropical fruit (pineapple) and apple aromas. This complexity makes it possible to obtain a whole range of aromas different from other strains of lactobacillus.


An ultra-fast Kettle Sour
This strain, which has been tested many times by the brewery and optimised by White Labs, reduces the pH to 3.5 in less than 24 hours!

The optimum temperature for acidification is between 40-43℃.

And if Kettle Sour isn't an option for you, it works very well in a fermenter with another yeast, as long as you stay below 10 IBU.
