Saison strain with more fruity ester production than with 'Belgian Saison Ale Yeast'. Moderately phenolic, with a clove-like characteristic in finished beer flavour and aroma. Ferments faster than 'Belgian Saison Ale Yeast'.

Flocculation: Medium
Fermentation temperature: 20°-26°C (68°-78°F)
