A high gravity, Trappist-style ale yeast. Produces dry beer with slight acidic finish. More clean fermentation character than 'Monastery Ale Yeast' or 'Abbey Ale Yeast'. Not as spicy as 'Abbey Ale Yeast' or 'Belgian Ale Yeast'. Excellent yeast for high gravity beers, Belgian Ales, Dubbels and Tripels.
Fermentation temperature: 19°-22°C (66°-72°F)
