WLP300 Hefeweizen

This famous German strain is historically used in the production of traditional and authentic wheat beers.

It produces banana and clove notes typically associated with German wheat beers while leaving the classic cloudy appearance of these beers.

• Attenuation rate: 72-76%
• Flocculation: Low
• Fermentation temperature: 20°-22°C

Yeast ready to use. A starter is still recommended if you use it two months after the manufacturing date (written on the package).
