At low temperatures, it will have a neutral aromatic profile. It will produce more esters at higher temperatures. This strain leaves residual sugar and contributes to the good roundness of strong British styles.

  • Fermentation temperature: 18°-21°C

Yeast ready to use. A starter is still recommended if you use it two months after the manufacturing date (written on the package).
