Profile: Neutral, ideal for strong British beers

WLP007 Dry English Ale

Clean yeast with high flocculation rate and high attenuation power. This strain is similar to English Ale Yeast (WLP002) in terms of flavor, but its attenuation power is 10% higher, which eliminates the residual sweet taste and makes it well-suited for high-gravity top-fermenting beers. Additionally, it quickly reaches its final gravity. An attenuation of 80% will be achieved, even with beers containing 10% alcohol.
