This yeast is sourced from one of the oldest stout breweries in the world. It produces a slight diacetyl aroma (typical of British styles), balanced by light fruit aromas and a slightly dry, sparkling character. Ideal for Irish Ales, Stouts, Porters, Browns, Reds, and some Pale Ales.

Characteristics:

  • Attenuation rate: 69-74%
  • Flocculation: Medium - High
  • Fermentation temperature: 18°-20°C


Yeast ready to use. A starter is still recommended if you use it two months after the manufacturing date (printed on the package).
