Sweet Release - Thiolised Session IPA Yeast

Sweet Release is an ultra-optimized innovative yeast for the release of thiols. This strain is extremely interesting for lovers of expressive session IPAs.

Sweet Release does not ferment maltotriose, which means that its naturally low attenuation (63-68%) leaves body, which is sought after in all "hazy" styles, and also allows brewing beers with a low alcohol content.

The level of biotransformation of Sweet Release is quite impressive. Its aromatic profile, naturally oriented towards mango in addition to its ability to release Thiols from hops, make this strain the best ally of round and very Juicy IPAs less than 4% ABV. See less for the more daring!
