In terms of flavor profile, High Voltage is remarkably clean/neutral, with very little ester production. It allows the hops and malt of your beer to shine without any undesirable interference. Whether you are creating a refreshing pseudo-lager, a stout, or an IPA.

The little extra of High Voltage is that it stands out for its heat resistance (up to 35°C), all without losing its neutral flavor profile.

With this yeast, you can limit your cooling time after brewing, reduce fermentation time (it works like a kveik at this level), easily brew dry beers in summer... In short, a very versatile and very accessible yeast.

Possible substitutes :
