Mango Madness

Mango Madness is an innovative strain clearly oriented towards brewing juicy IPAs. Its biotransformation capacity has been boosted and will allow optimal expression of the most fruity hops. Imagine what you could do with a good mash hopping coupled with a strong hopstand and a dry hop in primary fermentation... The aromatic profile of the Mango Madness strain develops frank and unique notes of guava and mango that will perfectly match a beautiful range of hops.

Mango Madness also has excellent thermotolerance, a bit like a Kveik, it ferments ideally between 31°C and 37°C, and has the same fermentation speed. The beer can be ready in just a few days.

With this yeast, dry hops can be performed up to 35°C and the risk of HopCreep associated with such a high temperature is much lower than with most strains specialized in IPAs.
